Young People Specialist Substance Misuse Treatment Needs Assessment 2007/08 The purpose of this Needs Assessment is to share with the partnership the extent and nature of the needs of problematic substance misuse amongst young people in Oldham, and then to use these findings to inform the treatment for 2008/09.
Oldham DAAT BME Event 23rd February 2010 This BME Event will raise awareness of substance misuse issues amongst workers who engage with Oldham's BME communities.
Residents urged to have fun and be safe this Christmas Oldham agencies have joined together for the festive period to deliver a ‘Have Fun, Be Safe’ Campaign to local residents.
The campaign will run throughout December, and involves local agencies including Greater Manchester Police Oldham Division, Brook, Oldham Community Health Services (part of NHS Oldham), and Positive Steps delivering targeted information, advice and support aimed at keeping people safe over Christmas.

Free Substance Misuse Training If you work in a face to face role with members of the public who are aged 16 or over, Oldham Drug & Alcohol Action Team (DAAT) can offer you free training to help you work with clients with drug and / or alcohol issues.
